Tom Stelling has been actively involved in commercial and multi-family real estate sales, leasing, and management since 1984. In 2008, following a successful commercial real estate career at the largest commercial real estate brokerage company in the North America, Tom chose to join KW Commercial Realty Santa Cruz and is the director of the commercial division.
Tom is recognized as an expert in local real estate issues, and is quoted regularly in the Santa Cruz Sentinel and is seen on the Real Estate Weekly television program. He is also seen on NBC Nightly News, and is interviewed about current Commercial Real Estate market trends.
He has successfully completed many transactions while with Keller Williams Realty, representing both buyers and sellers in sale and lease transactions.
Tom is an active member of the Santa Cruz Sunrise Rotary, the Santa Cruz Chamber of Commerce, and an active participant in Leadership Santa Cruz.
He is currently the Chairman of the Commercial Committee for the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors.
Tom has also completed all course work required for his CCIM Certification.
Tom has two wonderful children: Tommy and Elizabeth, both teenagers.
Tom likes to surf and ride his bike in his free time.
